Public Performance Conference

The National Center for Public Performance at the Rutgers University School of Public Affairs and Administration will be hosting their 10th annual Public Performance conference in Boston September 28-29. Trachtenberg School students are invited to attend. The event brings together around 200 academics, analysts, directors, and local managers from both the public and nonprofit sectors for discussions and networking. This year, we’re very excited to have Gov. Martin O’Malley, Dr. Donald Moynihan from the University of Wisconsin, and Shelley Metzenbaum of the Volcker Alliance serve as keynotes.

Among other topics, we expect this year’s conference to explore:

  • Sustaining performance during times of transition
  • Technology and performance management
  • Non Profit Performance
  • Small town/city performance
  • Performance to improve the local community
  • Open data utilization
